As the Head of Administration at AOTA Group, I Optimize Logistics & Operational Efficiency in Freight Forwarding, Expert in Compliance, Vendor Management, & Team Leadership.

In my current role as Head of Administration AOTA Group, I manage a team of 15 administrative staff, oversee facilities management, coordinate with port authorities and customs officials to ensure regulatory compliance, manages the office procedures, staff supervision and most especially, providing strategic supports to our clients and team leaders.

My passion lies in streamlining processes and ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments, from warehousing to customs clearance and Agricultural produce.
