Through Flashcells, he has demonstrated strong capabilities in building institutional systems, structuring service pathways, establishing partnerships, and developing communication frameworks for client retention and organizational growth.

His background includes extensive collaboration with medical and rehabilitation teams, management of neurodevelopmental cases, program coordination, assessment development, and business innovation. These strengths translate seamlessly into the strategic operations of AOTA Group.
